How booking works
All bookings start with a quick 15-minute consultation call. This helps Alexa understand your idea, size, placement, and budget before you lock in a date. Serious inquiries only, please.

Choose an available time for a quick 15-minute call. Be ready to share your idea, placement, approximate size (in inches), and any reference photos.
Review & estimate
Alexa will confirm the details, ask any follow-up questions, and give you an estimated price range based on the design and time needed.
Deposit & schedule
Once you both agree on the concept and budget, you’ll place a deposit and confirm your tattoo date and time at the shop.

Deposits
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book and/or start the design process. The deposit covers the time and effort that goes into designing custom artwork, preparing for your session, and reserving your appointment slot.
On the day of your tattoo, the deposit is applied toward the total cost of the session.
Rescheduling & cancellations
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to transfer a deposit to a different appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
No-call / no-show appointments automatically lose their deposit and will need to place a new one to rebook.

Mon–Fri: 9am–4pm
Weekends: Select weekends for full-day sessions
